They are intended for:

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Before using a weight vest, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you:

  • Have heart conditions, joint issues, spinal conditions, or balance disorders

  • Are pregnant or postpartum

  • Have osteoporosis or bone density concerns

  • Are recovering from surgery or injury

  • Are over 60 and new to resistance or load-bearing exercise

Return & Refund Policy

At WeightVest.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because weight vests are performance fitness equipment, returns are handled according to industry-standard policies used by most weight vest and strength equipment manufacturers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is unworn

  • Item is unwashed

  • Item is in original condition

  • Item is returned in original type packaging

  • All straps, weights, and components are included

Items showing signs of use, wear, sweat, odor, dirt, or damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn weight vests

  • Weight vests exposed to sweat, odor, or outdoor use

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

This policy is consistent with standard fitness equipment return practices.

Try-On Policy

You may try on your weight vest indoors over clean clothing for sizing and fit only.

Any vest used for:

  • Exercise

  • Walking outdoors

  • Rucking

  • Training

  • Sweat-producing activity

is considered used and becomes non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

Weight vests are heavy items, and return shipping costs can be significant.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed  within 1-3 business days; your bank may take longer

  • Any item returned in used or damaged condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of a minimum 10%

Exchanges

We do offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or model:

  • Return the eligible item (per this policy)

  • Place a new order for the correct product

This ensures faster fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Weight vests are packaged tightly, DO NOT USE SHARP OBJECT TO OPEN PACKAGE

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Unclaimed

may be refunded minus shipping costs and handling fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed for items that violate this policy may be disputed with documentation of our posted return terms.
