V-MAX™ 30 lb. short weight vests are great for middle of the road type bodyweight workouts. Not too heavy, not too light. Think walking, running and burpees. This amount of weight can be a killer if you have the time to keep going. All the weights come out so you can have 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 lbs. The nice thing is, this weight vest is more narrow, only about 8.5" wide at the chest, so not a problem for doing push ups.
