Worth Every Penny!

I do a lot of weighted training for high altitude mountaineering and have tried a lot of weight vests but never found the right fit. After reading countless reviews, I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchased the 75lb V-Force vest with the narrow shoulder straps. My goal was to simulate the weight of a backpack in order to condition my shoulders and I was not disappointed. The full weight of this vest definitely gives you a workout but carries so well that it is not detrimental to the training. Because of this, I'm able to train longer than I would with a weighted backpack, while still carrying the weight necessary to condition my legs and core. I think that my body will wear out before this vest does!
PS - The customer service representative was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Call them if you have any questions!
Best Weighted vest

I bought the 75 lbs because i like training with my bodyweight and this vest is really a must , you can use a light amount of weight fo your push ups and a full load for your squats , is really the best thing for everyone who does calisthenics or trains with their bodyweight.
Durable, comfortable, effective

I bought this on the recommendation of a co-worker who has owned one of the long vests (100 lbs). I chose the short because I only wanted the 75 lb vest. I use it for pull-ups, running, pistol squats, etc. Even after a 4 mile run it is still comfortable. This is a great quality product that will last longer than your workout routine.
Excellent Product, Excellent service

I did some research on weight vests before making my decision on the V Force 75 pound short vest, I'm so happy that I chose this vest over any other one I've seen on the market. After seeing my other options and coming to a conclusion that all weight vest cost a pretty penny, this one is definitely the best bang for your buck! I was completely unsure of the weight I wanted to get, the length and the width of the shoulder straps, after getting advice from the customer service rep from this site I was able to make my decision. I train 7 days a week and I do a mixture of working outs including cardio exercises, I run outdoors and use the elliptical or track indoors, I also do a lot of dips, pull ups, push ups and squats carrying a weight plate, so if I wanted to incorporate the vest into all my work outs I knew the narrow shoulder strap would be best and it's very comfortable. I figured since I was considering getting the 50 pound vest it wouldn't hurt getting the 75 pound one and just working my way up because it is a 50 pound vest with a 75 pound attachment, so im able to do more workouts at faster speed with less weights and slower paced workouts with more weights, I feel like by buying a weight vest that only goes up to 30 or 40 pounds, you'd be limiting yourself. When purchasing this the hanger is a must! When I take mine to the gym I can hang it up in my locker between workouts with a piece of mine knowing that it's being hung properly and not just set down somewhere and keeping the vest out of its form. This vest also cause you to sweat bullets.. So the sweat liner would be a smart move because these vest are made to order and they customize it for the sweat liner when you place the order together ( I don't know that until after the purchase). Over all the quality and comfort of this vest cannot be beat, it truly does the job you're expecting it to do. It's made domestically and that means a lot to me. The customer service is superb and extremely helpful. This product is guaranteed to intensify your work out!

Bought the vest for training for the getting in better shape for hunting in the mountains next fall. Vest is very comfortable was able to do Pullups, pushups, box steps and run. Easy to adjust and change weight. Good idea to have any extra sweat shield so one can dry and use dry one for next workout, because you will sweat alot with it. Would recommend it.
That's a Nice Vest!

The headline above is a direct quote of what my wife said when I put the vest on and showed it to her. Obviously, I agree. Whether I'm doing dips, Bulgarian split squats, push-ups on the suspension trainer, or single-leg calf raises, this vest does the job, and it does it with a level of comfort and stability beyond what I expected.
Not as depicted in Photo-Love nonetheless

I love the vest, my only disappointment is that the color I selected is not throughout the entire vest. I actually spent the extra money to buy the V-force so that the color would be included in the shoulders, however, it looks just like the V-max and the shoulders are black. In the scheme of life, it is not a big deal. But it is disappointing since the product description states one thing and another is delivered. So the picture is not a proper representation of the product.
I purchased the 75 pound short with the narrow shoulders. I would recommend them for women, or smaller men. I find that even with the narrow shoulders, I cannot get my arms over my head. But I am currently just using the vest to train for the CPAT fire fighter test. After that, I will likely purchase one of the basketball style vests to do daily bodyweight exercises. At 120 pounds, 5'4", 75 pounds is heavy.
everything I hoped for and more.

The vest is comfortable and easy to use. The video instructions are perfect to help you figure everything it in regards to attaching belts and accessories. I was unaware that this is a 50lb weight vest with an additional 25 lb attachment. I wish that part would have been more clearly specified. I would definitely recommend this vest to all my friends. It is well worth every dollar.
Great vest many possibilities.

I have had my 75 lb Vforce vest for a week now. This vest improves many body weight exercises. Upon receiving the vest looks exactly like the the picture as advertised. The material seems extremely strong and the build is top notch. One problem I have is that when I go to the park people are constantly stopping me to ask about my vest. Not much of a problem to have. The 25 lb attachment vest goes on easy and stays in place nicely even when not strapped in as it is designed to be. This enables me to put it on and remove it quickly for some exercises.
A few things to note the standard belt it comes with is a little tricky to figure out at first. The youtube videos do explain how to use it but they are hard to see due to the colors of the vest and belt being black. Once the belt is on though it's great and and keeps the vest secure to the body when properly tightened.
I absolutely recommend the sweat liner option. It works well and drys fast. Helps keep maintenance of the vest to a minimum. Mine was not attached to the vest when I received it. How to attach the liner was not immediately apparent. IT is attached with 6 Velcro strips that hold the liner in place tight and comfortably.
The last advice I have is in regards to the shoulder straps. I bought the wide option. At 75 lbs I can not walk more than half a mile without discomfort in the shoulders. Perhaps there is a fix. I was concerned that with the wide shoulder size pull ups would be less than comfortable. However I find that pull ups are still easily performed.

Have to say this is a top of the line weight vest. The best quality I have seen thus far. Its durable and you can tell it will withstand the hardest of workouts. With a lifetime guarantee as well you'll never have any worries. There were no instruction included with the vest but there are many videos online to help you with fitting and proper wear. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and hope this helps if looking for a vest!
Very durable and looks awesome

Made from very strong material, fits very snug and tight with the adjustable cam straps(which come in black only) I use for body-weight excercises like pullups, pushups, dips, sit ups and this is perfect for increasing resistance. I got to the point where i could do 15 pullups then put this on at only 25 pounds instead of the full 75 and im back to sqaure one, maybe 5 pullups, now when i do a pullup without the vest i feel like im gonna shoot into the sky their so easy, i hit my head on the roof of my bedroom a couple times on accident lol.
