  2. 40 lb box vest

Posted by Unknown on 1st Jun 2019

I have the 40 lb. box vest. I have a lot more freedom of movement than with my previous vest. I only use 20 lbs right now. As far as for the fit of the vest, I'm 6'4" and the bottom if the vest is about 1 to 2 inches above my belly button which is fine for me.

  3. Great Product!

Posted by Unknown on 9th May 2019

I was looking for a comfortable, well-made weight vest I could use for workouts and hiking. I bought this one after trying out quite a few.

I’ve been using this one almost daily since it arrived and am very pleased with my purchase.

  4. It's all true

Everything positive you have read about these weight vests is spot-on true.

  5. Box Vest

Posted by Tutlo on 17th Apr 2019

The Box Vest stays contour to your body, very snugged (tight). Goes down right underneath the pecs so you have plenty momentum. I can do all workouts with ease, and not have to worry about shoulder pads breaking or the beads pulling apart since the beads are in a sealed in metal material. Feels nice on your body when very hot out and doesn’t make it feel more dense with it on. Mine is just a basic but you can add additional weights or mod your vest with other things to your liking. Comes in many different colors too. Packaging was secured and shipping was quick. Is expensive but worth it for heavy resistance and building strength and core. Doesn’t move around when running which is great too. 10/10!

  6. Great for law enforcement officers.

Posted by Unknown on 25th Sep 2017

Over 30 years of law enforcement. I was using an old sand-filled weight vest for my calisthenics workout (MARSOC short card). I finally upgraded to the Box 40 pound vest. Great piece of equipment. It fits well, the weight is evenly distributed and I can perform my workout with no issues. Have done some sprints with it on and although it bounces a little it's not a problem. I've found the best way for me to tighten the vest is to lie on my back and then pull and tighten the side straps. We officers wear about 10 to 15 extra pounds of gear on our upper bodies every day, this vest helps make that load feel lighter. If you are in law enforcement I strongly encourage you to make fitness a career long endeavor. This vest will help you chase down criminals half your age. It's a career investment that will last you your career.

  7. Awesome Fit

Posted by Unknown on 5th Jun 2017

As a small-ish female I was worried this vest might be a little too broad for me and I didn't love the cut for the female vests. Completed Murph on Memorial Day with this vest and it was perfect!

  8. Two runs in, so far so good

Posted by Steve on 25th May 2017

Easy to take on and off and to make adjustments. I got the 40lb vest, adjusted it down to 20lbs by removing half the weights, and have done 2 runs for 4 total miles so far in it. It is pretty comfortable, but a tiny bit loose in the shoulders (I'm 6 ft 200 lbs) - might try an extra t-shirt or getting the padding if I end up using this more than twice a month. Customer service was great - called for a ship time and a gentleman picked up the phone and was able to look up my order immediately with no automated answering or run-around. Great made in USA product and service. Would buy again.

  9. Very well-made, I doubt it will ever wear out

Posted by Unknown on 4th May 2017

I just purchased the 40lb Box vest, it is a heaver version of the WOD vest very well-made and I doubt it will ever wear out
I’ve had the 20lb WOD vest for several years; I've used it for Rucking, Crossfit and just to make my workouts a little more challenging. This is a great all around vest well-made and has stood the test of time.

  11. Well built

    Posted by mattcsullivan@gmail.com on 25th Jan 2017

Arrived in about a week. Have used it for a couple weeks so far and enjoy the new challenges it affords. Took a few minutes to figure out how to assemble the straps initially since there were no instructions.

  12. Murph

Posted by Unknown on 4th Jun 2016

Bought this vest for Murph and it didn't disappoint. The clamps stayed tight and they were easy to adjust on the move if I would have want d them tighter.

  14. 1st Use

Posted by Unknown on 8th Mar 2016

After my first use I really like it. The strap is a bit getting used to but over all really nice. It has an awesome range of motion and sits well. I also bought the reflective strips. I would like for the reflective part to be a bit longer, due to the fact that when they are on the Velcro on the sides is a bit exposed. A few CM's only but it still was causeing a bit of abrasion. Over all though very nice and well constructed. I plan on getting a lot of use out of it.

  15. Great Vest

Posted by JRW on 23rd Jan 2016

This is a great all around vest. I've used it for running and lots of crossfit wods. It fits snugly and doesn't bounce as much when running as other vests I've used. I haven't had it too long, but it shows no signs of wear. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

  16. Love this Vest!

Posted by Gerry on 6th Sep 2015

So, I had looked at a number of different weight vests for about two or so weeks. Couldn't pull the trigger. Finally I read a review of V-Force and looked into the product more. I called and spoke with a representative as Weightvest had recently release the Box vest. We discussed I how was planning on using the vest (mostly crossfit), and concluded the Box may be the best option. Got it in the mail about a week later and immediately tried it. Love it. It fits and works great. The buckles are out of the away and stay secure. The bricks are iron and are easily installed/removed from the vest. I've ran, erg'd, box jumped, and more with the vest and never had a problem. My only disappointment is that I should have gone with a slightly higher weight.

  17. Love this vest

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Aug 2015

Everything is tougher wearing a weighted vest, which is why I love this vest so much. It's design provides excellent mobility and comfort so you can focus on your workout. It works well from push-ups to burpee's to running. I doubt it will ever wear out as it's tough as nails.

  18. Damn good product!

Posted by Unknown on 29th May 2015

Just got mine within the early month of May in the year 2015. The product is well put together, easy to put, comfortable and looks like it would last a good long time.
