BOX weighted vests are designed for the gym. Perfect for CrossFit® training, P90X, INSANITY workouts, and any other fitness routine.
BOX weighted vests conform to your torso for a perfect fit without any bouncing or sliding. The shoulders and belts will never come undone no matter how hard you work out.
Evenly distributed weight in the front and back. Each weight is a solid 2.5 LB rounded cast iron bar. Easily remove weights by lifting the flaps and sliding them out of their pocket.
The open side design allows you to work out a bit cooler and not be confined. The belts expand with your breathing while holding your vest in place. Your vest won't sag, rip, or stretch over time.
Fully padded panels and shoulders make your vest as comfortable as possible.
More secure back belts are ready for kipping or jerk movements. Easy-to-clean lining built in.
Made in the U.S.A, solid iron weights included.
1.5 inch BOX belt included
Top quality workmanship and materials
Sweat Resistant lining built in. Easy to clean and quick dry.
Narrow shoulders are best for overhead and forward arm movements. If you do a large variety of exercises, the narrow option is the most versatile.
Examples: pull-ups, climbing, CrossFit exercises, dragging, chopping, bear crawls.

Great product !
I love my 40 pound weight vest. This may be a little lame but everyday in the morning and after work I throw it on while I'm doing household chores probably about 30 to 40 minutes total per day. At 1st my shoulders were sore after 10 minutes or so But I feel myself getting stronger as now I can wear it 30-40 minutes at a time without My traps feeling super sore. My body feels lighter and I feel more agile at work. it's increasing my overall fitness. I've had a pectoral strain injury for the past few months and it's almost healed and once it's healed all the way I'm going to incorporate this weight vest in to some body weight training. I Happen to personally use freeletics. Push UPS pull ups, Squats, Etc. But yeah, Just wearing the thing while I'm cooking and doing the dishes and vacuuming and all that junk has increased my muscle and endurance and strength. I may Use it while hiking in preparation for backpacking trips.
I recieved my 40lb Box weight vest yesterday at 11:33AM EST!! I immediately took it out of the box; went outside to put it on and did the following routine:
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Sit Ups
30 Burpees(Chest to the ground)
30 Inverted Rows
30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Mountain Climbers
20 Foward Lunges
20 Alternating Side Lunges
30 Kettlebell Swings
20 Backward Lunges
Tough as h-----!!! But awesome!!!
Planning to upgrade to the professional level 45lb and 50lb weight vest by the end of July!!!
I have the 40 lb. box vest. I have a lot more freedom of movement than with my previous vest. I only use 20 lbs right now. As far as for the fit of the vest, I'm 6'4" and the bottom if the vest is about 1 to 2 inches above my belly button which is fine for me.
I was looking for a comfortable, well-made weight vest I could use for workouts and hiking. I bought this one after trying out quite a few.
I’ve been using this one almost daily since it arrived and am very pleased with my purchase.
Everything positive you have read about these weight vests is spot-on true.
The Box Vest stays contour to your body, very snugged (tight). Goes down right underneath the pecs so you have plenty momentum. I can do all workouts with ease, and not have to worry about shoulder pads breaking or the beads pulling apart since the beads are in a sealed in metal material. Feels nice on your body when very hot out and doesn’t make it feel more dense with it on. Mine is just a basic but you can add additional weights or mod your vest with other things to your liking. Comes in many different colors too. Packaging was secured and shipping was quick. Is expensive but worth it for heavy resistance and building strength and core. Doesn’t move around when running which is great too. 10/10!
Over 30 years of law enforcement. I was using an old sand-filled weight vest for my calisthenics workout (MARSOC short card). I finally upgraded to the Box 40 pound vest. Great piece of equipment. It fits well, the weight is evenly distributed and I can perform my workout with no issues. Have done some sprints with it on and although it bounces a little it's not a problem. I've found the best way for me to tighten the vest is to lie on my back and then pull and tighten the side straps. We officers wear about 10 to 15 extra pounds of gear on our upper bodies every day, this vest helps make that load feel lighter. If you are in law enforcement I strongly encourage you to make fitness a career long endeavor. This vest will help you chase down criminals half your age. It's a career investment that will last you your career.
As a small-ish female I was worried this vest might be a little too broad for me and I didn't love the cut for the female vests. Completed Murph on Memorial Day with this vest and it was perfect!
