If you do a wide variety of exercises listed in both the narrow and wide shoulder descriptions, we recommend the narrow option.

    I've worn it once so far. The wide shoulders are very comfortable for walking. I also did some squats (single and double leg) in it and it feels great. My legs are plenty sore. The only issue I have is that I wish it had a bit more branding or something to make it appear less scary to people as I walk around a city in it.

    Nice and sturdy, looks to last a lifetime. The narrow shoulder width allows for complete range of motion. Very cool.

    Vest is exactly what it says it is and does everything they claim. Unpackaged the vest and the additional attachment. I haven't used the attachment yet as I plan to work my way up gradually. But at 30-50 it stays in place very well through running, burpees, push ups, and even sit-ups.

    I will give you a breakdown of the essentials in far as my review of this vest.

    I am a former athlete (Football/Track) as well as a fitness professional (Private Personal Trainer). This vest is exceptionally effective. I purchased the 100lb. V-Max short vest.

    I have used this for pull-ups, chin-ups, TRX Suspension cables ( rows,flys,curls), various forms of push-ups, lunges (forward/reverse), jump squats, and planks.

    This vest has been exceptionally effective. I will use this to alternate between gym and home workouts. You will get a great workout at home if you can't make it to the gym (especially if you have a pull up bar and TRX suspension cables. I personally could use a vest that goes up to 200 lbs (for the sake of squats) but replacing squats with jump squats and alternating jump lunges, the 100 lbs was more than enough

    Quality is 10/10 so far. I have only had the vest for 2 weeks and used 4 times alternating from the gym.

    The belt system is quick and simple (configuring the vest, fastening, and securing).

    There is minimal shifting of the vest depending on the workout and movement (a weight vest will never be like a second skin so expect slight shifting). The shifting wasn't significant. I haven't taken it out on a jog yet but in my opinion expect it to have minimal bounce but no major shifting. Nothing to be concerned about.

    I would recommend that every who is serious about training purchase this product. I train 4 days a week (weights/gym/resistance/body weight) excluding days for sprint training and cardio (jogging). This will be a major asset for my training regiment.

    If you are not serious about working out and typically workout 1-2 times a week you could go without it,

    For the person who performs home workouts, this is a great purchase to help increase difficulty after you master your body weight.
