Once the shoulder pad has been attached at the proper angle, a series of stitches are sewn at strategic locations to meet our strict design parameters. (1). shows the 3" webbing where a predetermined length is required to give plenty of room for further reinforcment in the finishing phase. (2). shows the added reinforcing strap which is used to give the pockets unparalleled strength against wear. (3). clearly shows the extensive reinforced stitching we require to achieve our strict design standards.
