"About a year or so ago, I visited your website BUT purchased a competitor's product that looked like yours, saving me some $. Well, just as you outlined on your site, after about 10 months the vest started to show severe signs of wear. Today while hiking, several of the individual weights fell out and there are now several other areas on the vest I expect to self-destruct soon!
I am a Medical Doctor specializing in Neurosurgery and am very meticulous when it comes to caring for my "stuff". I kept the vest clean wiping it down and airing it after each use and washed it as instructed every month or so. I use the vest 4-5 times a week, hiking 1-2 hours at a time. After today's hike, I pronounced it, "DEAD"!
I am now back on your web site and ordering your 75 lb vest for me and the 25 lb vest for my wife just like I should have done last year!
